Angie married her husband, Matt, while studying at Georgia Tech. Upon graduating she interned at Georgia Tech CCF, after which she took the position of Associate Minister and worked with the freshmen class for 3 years. She then went abroad for 4 years to help plant a Globalscope campus ministry in Mexico where she also had her two children, Jack and Valerie. In 2012 she returned to Atlanta and stepped in as Director and Campus Minister at Bread. Angie led our senior leadership group, met with and counsels students, and was the primary teaching voice during Thursday night storytelling. In 2017, Angie accepted a position elsewhere and remains involved on Bread's Board of Directors.
Angie is available to speak at retreats for $250/day, on topics including 'Dreaming Big Dreams,' 'Love in Action in Your Community,' 'Inspiring Staff to Thrive in their Ministry Roles,' and more. All proceeds go to Bread Coffeehouse.
